Resolve a durable connect session
Returns metadata for a durable connect session, including install artifacts and the recommended provider to connect next. Note: user_id is included because the frontend needs it for session exchange and OAuth flows. Session IDs are UUIDv4 (122 bits of entropy) and the endpoint is rate-limited per IP.
