Preview tag changes for team reassignment
Previews which tags will be affected when a backlog item is reassigned to a different team.
Team-scoped tags on the backlog item are analyzed:
- matchedTags: Tags that will be retained because the destination team has a tag with matching key AND value (case-insensitive comparison)
- droppedTags: Tags that will be removed because no matching tag exists in the destination team (either key or value mismatch)
Workspace-scoped tags are not affected by team changes and are not included in the preview.
