Acceptance Criteria

Replaces all acceptance criteria for a backlog item

This operation deletes all existing acceptance criteria for a backlog item and replaces them with the provided ones. If any items in the list have ids, they will be treated as updates. Any previously existing ACs that are not in the list will be deleted.
