List the caller's own sessions

The caller's own sessions, proxied from the control plane. Authenticated only - no role check, because the control plane resolves "me" from the asserted bearer. A scope-bound token (a consented third-party or agent client) is refused with a 404. Accepts a status query (active, revoked, or all); the default is the control plane's.
