List the whole OpenRouter catalog with Atako flags

Every model reachable through the platform gateway (~400), flat and sorted by provider label then name, served from a 10-minute memory cache. suggested only marks the models Atako recommends (GET /models); all the others are just as selectable when creating an agent. Prices are $/token.
