Card of the Day

Returns a deterministic daily tarot card. The same card is returned for all requests on the same date — seeded by SHA-256 hash of the date string. Optionally provide a date (YYYY-MM-DD) to get the card for any day. "Today" is the current date in UTC unless you pass timezone (the caller's IANA zone, e.g. Asia/Kolkata) or an explicit date.

Query parameters

datestring nullable

Date in YYYY-MM-DD format. Defaults to today (UTC, or in timezone). Overrides timezone.

If true, the card may appear reversed (also deterministic by date).

timezonestring nullable

IANA time zone (or ±HH:MM) whose current date is "today", e.g. Asia/Kolkata. Default: UTC.
