Vehicle Number Numerology (deprecated GET)

Deprecated: send the vehicle number in a JSON body with POST /v1/numerology/vehicle-number instead, so it stays out of URLs and logs. This GET form keeps working for at least 12 months and answers with a Deprecation header.
