Search FDA Import Alerts

Search FDA's current import alerts in Assyro's copy of FDA's import alert pages: each alert (number, type, reason, guidance, products, charge, countries) and each firm entry on an alert's Red List (products subject to detention without physical examination, DWPE), Green List (excluded from DWPE) or Yellow List (intensified surveillance), with the firm's address, country, listing date and listed products. Find whether a firm is on an import alert (query its name), which alerts cover a product or country, or list an alert's firms (alert "66-40", optionally list "red", sort "newest" for recent listings). A firm not found is not proof it is on no alert: names are as FDA wrote them. Refused shipments are a different dataset (search_fda_data_dashboard, import_refusals).

Query parameters

querystring

A firm name, product, country or words, e.g. "Babikian" or "drug GMP India". Optional when alert is given.

alertstring

Only records of this import alert, e.g. "66-40".

kind'alert' | 'firm'

alert for the alerts themselves, firm for listed firms. Omit for both.

list'red' | 'green' | 'yellow'

Only firm entries on this list: red (DWPE), green (excluded from DWPE), yellow (surveillance).

sort'relevance' | 'newest'

relevance (default) or newest (latest published or listed first).

limitinteger

Records to return, default 8.

offsetinteger

Skip this many results (for paging), default 0.
