Search FDA Drug Development Tables
Search FDA's drug development reference tables, row by row, in FDA's own words: "surrogate-endpoints" (the surrogate endpoints that were the basis of drug approval or licensure, adult and pediatric, with the type of approval each is appropriate for: accelerated or traditional, as FDA states it); "drug-interactions" (FDA's in vitro and clinical index substrates, inhibitors and inducers of CYP enzymes and transporters, and its clinical examples of drugs labeled strong, moderate or weak inhibitors or inducers and sensitive substrates); "pharmacogenomic-biomarkers" (drugs with pharmacogenomic information in their labeling: biomarker, therapeutic area, labeling sections). Each result names its FDA table, the column it matched in (e.g. "Strong index inhibitors") and the date FDA last updated the page. A filter searches only the tables that have its column; results come in FDA's order, and the summary counts every match per table. Call read_fda_drug_development_table_row for a row with the notes under its table and the page's footnotes (the symbols in the cells).

Query parameters
Which FDA table to search; omit to search every table a filter applies to.
A drug or substance as FDA names it (generic name), e.g. "itraconazole" or "clopidogrel": the drug columns of the drug interaction and pharmacogenomic tables.
An enzyme or transporter, e.g. "CYP3A4", "2D6", "P-gp", "OATP1B1": a family matches its members ("CYP3A" finds 3A4 rows and the reverse).
A gene or biomarker symbol in the pharmacogenomic table (and transporter genes), e.g. "CYP2C19", "HLA-B", "ERBB2".
A disease, use or therapeutic area, e.g. "acromegaly", "chronic kidney disease", "Oncology".
A surrogate endpoint, e.g. "LDL cholesterol", "dystrophin", "overall response rate".
A labeling section in the pharmacogenomic table, e.g. "Boxed Warning" or "Dosage and Administration".
Surrogate endpoints FDA lists as appropriate for this type of approval ("Accelerated/Traditional" rows match both).
Only FDA's adult or only its pediatric surrogate endpoint tables.
Words that must all appear in the row or its table title, e.g. "time-dependent" or "index inhibitor".
Rows to return, default 8.
Skip this many results (for paging), default 0.
