Read one article or annex of an indexed EU act (MDR, IVDR, Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulation 726/2004, Clinical Trials Regulation 536/2014) in its latest consolidated English version: the full text with its chapter and the consolidation date. Ids look like "32017R0745:article-2" or "32017R0745:annex-I" (the act CELEX, then the provision), so a known provision can be read without searching. Consolidated texts have no legal effect: only the Official Journal is authentic; cite the consolidation date. Long annexes are cut to the read budget.
