Search EudraVigilance
Find whether EMA publishes a EudraVigilance web report on suspected adverse drug reactions (www.adrreports.eu, the European database of suspected adverse drug reaction reports) for a medicine or active substance, and its link. Products are centrally authorised medicines by brand name; substances cover every medicine authorised in the EEA, centrally or nationally. Each result is the report's identity and address (name, level, EudraVigilance High Level Code, EMA's link), NOT its case counts: the figures live only in EMA's interactive report, so never state a number from this tool. For FDA adverse event reports use the openFDA FAERS dataset instead.
