EU Union Register

Search EU Union Register

Search the European Commission's Union Register of medicinal products, as of Assyro's daily copy of the dataset the Commission publishes. Collections: human-medicines (centrally authorised human medicines, EU/1 numbers), veterinary-medicines (centrally authorised veterinary medicines, EU/2), orphan-designations (the Community Register of orphan medicinal products, EU/3, with each orphan market exclusivity as the register states it) and national-procedures (Commission decisions on nationally authorised products after a referral). Each record carries its EU number, its status in the Commission's words (Active, Withdrawn, Expired / Sunset clause, Refused, Not renewed, Revoked, Suspended), the authorisation (or designation) date, the last decision date, the holder or sponsor and the register page. Use it for whether and when the Commission authorised or designated something, and for orphan market exclusivity start, paediatric extension and end. It is not the national (member-state) registers and does not cover SPCs or patents; calculated regulatory data protection dates are in search_eu_regulatory_protection. Call read_eu_union_register_record for every fact and the Commission decision numbers.
