Search Canada Vigilance
Search Canada Vigilance, Health Canada's database of suspected adverse reaction reports for health products marketed in Canada (drugs, biologics and vaccines, natural health products, radiopharmaceuticals), from Assyro's copy of Health Canada's monthly data extract (Open Government Licence - Canada), reports from 1965 to the extract's date. Each report: Health Canada's report number, dates received, report type (spontaneous, study, published), patient sex and age, seriousness and its criteria, outcome, reporter type, every product named with its role (suspect, concomitant), active ingredients, dose, route and indication, and the MedDRA reactions. Find by drug (brand or active ingredient; suspect drugs by default), reaction (MedDRA preferred term), system organ class, seriousness, outcome, sex, age or date received; countBy counts every match (top reactions for a drug, reports by year, outcomes), and total is exact. Reports are SUSPECTED associations in the reporter's opinion, not established causation, and counts are not incidence and cannot compare products (Health Canada's caveat comes with every answer: repeat it). For FDA adverse event reports use the openFDA FAERS dataset; for EU ones, search_eudravigilance_reports.
