Webhook Payloads

signer_identity_review_required

The provider could not decide the signer's identity verification and it awaits the account's review. The signer can still sign; the document is certificated only after the account approves (status pending_identity_review once every signer has signed). Subject: Signer · Object: Document · Payload: signer_full_name, reason_codes.

Response

Any 2xx response acknowledges the delivery. Any other status, a connection error or a timeout counts as a failed attempt.

Changes

Webhooks have no change history: a webhook is keyed by its event name rather than a path and method, so no recorded change can name it.
