Delete webhook endpoint by URL

Stop delivering events to the endpoint registered with url and free its slot, for integrations that keep the URL they registered rather than the endpoint ID. The URL must match exactly as it was registered. Returns 404 when no endpoint of the workspace uses it. Requires the webhooks:write OAuth scope.
