List Projects In Workspace

List all projects in a workspace that the user can access.

  • Workspace owners: see ALL projects
  • Workspace members: see projects where they have access (excludes no_access)
  • Member_limited users: see only projects with explicit permission (excludes no_access)

Only active projects are returned unless the status filter says otherwise.
