Kazakh Mushel (Twelve-Animal Cycle) (哈薩克十二獸曆)

THE KAZAKH MUSHEL (мүшел) — the steppe’s twelve-animal cycle and the age arithmetic built on it. THE SUBSTITUTION LAW asserted: every position of the Chinese wheel kept, two recast — the tiger’s slot belongs to the BARYS (the snow leopard) and the dragon’s to the ULU (the snail: the steppe has no dragons) — alignment proven at load against the independent lunar engine (2024 dragon-slot = ulu, 2026 = horse on both wheels). THE WOMB-YEAR LAW is the jewel: the MUSHEL ZHAS transition ages run 13, 25, 37, 49, 61, 73, 85, 97 — always 12n + 1 (asserted), because the count begins in the womb — and the catalogue proves it against itself: the East Asian counting-age engine reads exactly 13 at the western 12th birthday (cross-locked at load). THE NAURYZ TURN: the mushel year begins at the spring equinox — Ulystyñ Uly Küni — computed by the Persian equinox engine, so between the Chinese New Year and Nauryz the two wheels DISAGREE (the February 2026 window proven on both sides): the catalogue’s third new-year window law. The mushel-zhas customs carried. Central Asian becomes two. Pure compute, no LLM.
