Khmer Chhankitek Calendar (柬埔寨陰曆)
Cambodia's lunisolar calendar (ចន្ទគតិខ្មែរ, the Chhankitek reckoning) — the third member of the Chulasakarat family beside the catalogue's Burmese and Thai engines, and NOT a copy of either: the Khmer arithmetic resolves the leap-day/leap-month collision its OWN way (a leap day landing in an athikameas year is DEFERRED to the next common year — the Burmese and Thai siblings each resolve it differently, three engines, three named rules, never blended). Any Gregorian date returns the Khmer lunar date (កើត/រោច day with the month's Khmer name, Migasir through Kadeuk and the doubled Asadh), the Buddhist-Era year, the Chulasakarat era, the animal year (ជូត Rat … កុរ Pig) and the ten-year sak cycle — with the tradition's remarkable THREE-New-Year structure applied exactly: the animal year turns at Maha Songkran (mid-April), the era at Lerng Sak (the festival's last day), and the BE year at 1 រោច ពិសាខ, the day after Visak Bochea. Serves the Maha Songkran day (and moment where the ministry has announced one — the exception-year table 1879–2024 encoded verbatim, 2024's 13 April 22:17 included), festival flags for Meak Bochea, Visak Bochea, Pchum Ben and Bon Om Touk, and the year's leap type. VERIFIED by brute force: every single day of 1990–2030 agrees with the vendored momentkh reference implementation (month, day, phase, BE year — zero divergences), New Year days for all 41 years match, and the official Cambodian holy days anchor it independently. Cambodia becomes the catalogue's 31st tradition. Pure computation, no LLM.
