Hopi Horizon Calendar (Sun Watching) (霍皮地平線曆)

THE HOPI HORIZON CALENDAR — the sun-watcher’s year: on the mesas the calendar is kept ON THE SKYLINE — the Sun Chief of the Patki clan watches where the sun rises against the horizon profile (the TUVOYLA markers, TINGAPPI announcing points, UYISPI planting points), and as the sunrise walks the ridge each named notch releases its ceremony or its crop. The Hopi frame of the world is SOLSTITIAL, not cardinal: the four directions are where the sun rises and sets at the two solstices. THE SOLSTICE FRAME computed live at load: at Walpi the sunrise swings ~60° (summer house) to ~119° (winter house), both asserted. THE STANDSTILL LAW proven from the sky: the equinox stride (~0.5°/day, a marker a day) outruns the solstice crawl (~0.01°/day) more than tenfold (asserted) — the sun ‘reaches its house and stays’, which is exactly why SOYAL is announced by ANTICIPATION from faster markers days ahead: the documented technique, explained by the astronomy. Any date returns its azimuth, its percent along the walk, and its stride/crawl regime. The village marker-name tables DEFERRED BY NAME — the mesas own the names. A fifty-second tradition opens. Pure compute and served scholarship, no LLM.
