Anchoring

List private anchors in the API key owner scope

Lists anchors for the organization bound to an organization API key, or only records created by the owner of an eligible personal API key with explicit read:records scope. Personal keys cannot request organization tags. Results use a stable created-at cursor, apply an inclusive since and exclusive until interval, and may be filtered by a private user or organization tag where authorized. Tags and fingerprints are never returned.
