Get a campaign

The campaign with its settings, emails, senders, follow-up sequences, personal-line setup and launch_blockers: what still has to happen before a launch is accepted. variable_coverage lists every variable the emails use with the number of people who have no value for it (missing). Those people wait at that email until the value exists or the variable gets a default, such as {{company_normalized|your team}}. A variable that nobody has blocks the launch.
