List voyage assessments

Returns your assessment history newest-first as summary rows: id, your customer_reference, the route, the score, the risk level and the confidence. This is the audit view. Until 2026-09-05 there was no way to enumerate what you had scored — a caller had to persist every returned id at the moment of creation or the record was unreachable, and assessments expire, so "I will fetch it later" had a deadline you could not list against. Fetch the full record with GET /api/v1/voyage-assessments/{id}, or archive the lot with POST /api/v1/exports (resource voyage_assessments) before it expires. Pagination is KEYSET, not offset: pass the returned next_cursor back as cursor. Assessments written by one batch share a timestamp, and an offset walk over them silently skips rows — in an audit export that is a missing record. Route geometry is NOT included in the summary: it is ~87% of an assessment body and nobody paging an index wants it.
