Your balances and positions

Every connected exchange account: equity (wallet plus unrealized PnL), unrealized PnL, the maintenance margin as a percent of equity where the venue reports it (100 = liquidation), each currency worth at least 1 USD (smaller balances summed into dust_usd), and every open position. Each account carries its own as_of.
