GET /v2/social/traders/{trader_profile_id}/portfolio

Reads Codex at request time for only the server-resolved, provider-verified public wallets attached to the profile. Coverage is verified_wallets. Provider failure is explicit and never becomes an empty portfolio. Optional include=position_recap adds current position recaps and experimental closed-position recaps without changing wallet authority or holdings.
