GET /v2/rpc-ws/{chain_id}

Upgrades to the browser-safe, read-only JSON-RPC subscription gateway. Clients offer both arbital.rpc.v1 and the ticket_protocol returned by the ticket endpoint as WebSocket subprotocols.
