PUT /v2/me/profile-media/{kind}

Uploads a JPEG or PNG profile image of at most 2 MiB. The backend strips metadata and publishes the image only after moderation approves it. Moderation failure is fail-closed. Cover uploads remain disabled. Community media uses the separate authenticated /v2/social-media API.
