GET /v2/market/trades/ws

Upgrades to a pooled Birdeye live on-chain trade stream for one canonical token. Arc is intentionally unsupported and returns terminal HTTP 422 live_token_trades_unsupported; use its Mobula REST history. Connect before loading history, then deduplicate by event_id. No replay: reconnecting, disconnect or consumer_lagged requires bounded history reseed without claiming complete missed-event delivery. Provider/capacity failures permit bounded retry.
