PUT /v1/notification-preferences/traders/{trader_profile_id}/posts

Enable a currently followed public Fomo/Pump trader with expected_version. Active identical replay succeeds before requiring another upstream head; stale new changes return 409. The server captures the current committed publication head and original-created-time floor. Global selected_posts also defaults off and must be enabled. Enabling/re-enabling never replays earlier original publications, edits or late imports. Maximum 100 enabled imported selections. Missing current source proof fails closed; upstream outage returns 503.
