Create project

Creates a project in the authenticated workspace. Requires run and a write-capable workspace role. Supply a stable slug for find-or-create clients: concurrent creates return 409 for the same slug; list projects to recover the existing accessible project. A project groups sessions; it does not allocate a sandbox or grant Device access.
