Delete an organization

Irreversibly deletes a workspace. Requires the owner role and a JSON body whose name matches the current workspace name. Personal workspaces cannot be deleted here. HTTP 409 means accounting retention, pending charges or busy settlement blocked deletion; resolve the reason instead of blindly retrying.
