Delete an attachment

Permanently deletes a file uploaded to the organization, and its stored bytes. You can delete an attachment you uploaded; workspace owners and admins can delete any. Deleting a teammate's attachment without that role returns 403. An id that is not an attachment of this organization, or was already deleted, returns 404 attachment_not_found and deletes nothing. Session attachments (files a session's agent kept) are a separate store and are not affected.
