Download a JWK as its raw JSON document

Changed on

Downloads the JWK Set document itself instead of an Apinizer export package, so it can be handed to a relying party or another system directly. By default the stored material is returned as-is; with publicOnly=true only the public members are written, which is what a published JWKS endpoint serves.
