Change Plan Preview

Compute proration cost + period dates for a plan change WITHOUT applying it.

Drives the confirmation modal so the customer sees the actual prorated charge and billing-cycle dates before clicking Confirm. Read-only — calls Stripe's Invoice.create_preview API which doesn't modify any state.
