Edit a previously sent message. Platform support:

Telegram: text and/or reply markup, any time
'iMessage: text only, within 15 minutes of sending (Apple''s limit; 409 edit_window_expired after that). Group messages included. The stored message keeps its edit history.'
All others: returns 400
