Allows to modify properties of a no-show policy

Here is the list of operations that are currently allowed:

  • Replace name and description
  • Replace the fee details: fixed and percent values<br>You must have at least one of these scopes: 'settings.manage, setup.manage'.<br>For fine-grained clients, you must have this permission: 'core.no_show_policies.modify'.
