Note that the specified PATCH operations are applied to each and every rate for the specified time ranges. Here is the list of operations that are currently allowed:

• Add, replace and remove Price
• Add, replace and remove Restrictions Derived rate plans can only have restrictions patched. Requests that include price operations are rejected because prices are inherited from the base rate plan.<br>You must have this scope: 'rates.manage'.<br>For fine-grained clients, you must have this permission: 'core.rates.modify'.
