Split a recurring calendar event from one occurrence onwards.

Truncates the original series just before the given date and creates a new calendar event from the submitted snapshot that continues from that date. Cancelled dates in the tail stay cancelled on the new event.<br>You must have this scope: 'calendar-events.manage'.<br>For fine-grained clients, you must have this permission: 'core.calendar_events.create'.
