Remove an actionlet from a workflow action
Removes an actionlet, or sub-action, from a workflow action. This deletes only the actionlet's binding to the action utilizing it, and leaves the actionlet category intact.
To find the identifier, you can call GET /workflow/actions/{actionId}/actionlets.
Returns "Ok" on success.
