Update Custom Table

Edit a table's declared schema, and regenerate its typed view.

Agent tools already generated from the previous schema are NOT rewritten: nothing silently mutates a live agent's tool surface. Regenerating is an explicit call to /tool-schema followed by an agent-config edit.
