Given an amount, returns the exit cost and the net delivered amount for every chain, ranked best-first — exit costs differ by more than 1000x, so which chain you leave on is a real decision. Pass toChain to price one chain and learn whether it would succeed at all. Internal transfers between netting accounts are free at any size; this cost applies only when leaving for a real on-chain balance.
