Query Parameters: - limit: Maximum number of results (1-100, default 50) - offset: Pagination offset (default 0) - days_back: Filter to changes in last N days (1-365, optional) - change_type: Filter by specific change type (optional) - breaking_only: Show only breaking changes (default false)
