Stream Job Events

Stream job status updates via Server-Sent Events.

Provides real-time job status updates with automatic reconnection support. Authentication is via query parameter since EventSource doesn't support headers.

Args: request: FastAPI request object job_id: Job ID to monitor token: Authentication token (JWT)

Returns: EventSourceResponse with job updates
