Create Demo Destination

Create a demo Slack destination for onboarding walkthrough.

This is an internal endpoint that creates destinations with is_demo=true. Demo destinations simulate delivery without calling external APIs.

The is_demo flag is NOT exposed in the public destinations API to prevent users from silently suppressing real alert delivery.

Returns: Demo destination info (id, name, destination_type) or existing if already created.
