Bulk Delete Assets

Bulk delete multiple assets with cascade cleanup.

TECH-622: Efficient bulk deletion for asset management. Each asset is deleted with full cascade cleanup (jobs, tables, schemas, etc.).

Returns partial success information if some assets cannot be deleted.
