Exact synthetic patient ID. Site view also includes service resources without a patient.

Alias for patient. PDS searches demographics; most other adapters filter exact patient ID. ODS/DoS return their fixed fictional directory.

Operator only: world to inspect or mutate. Team keys always use their own world.
