company_namestring

Name of the portfolio company (primarily for SPVs).

createdinteger required

Time at which the object was created. Measured in seconds since the Unix epoch.

enabledboolean required

Whether this vehicle's data is currently available through the AngelList API and MCP. When false, the vehicle is visible but its data is not yet available; support for it is on the roadmap and will be added in the coming months.

idstring required

Unique identifier for the object.

livemodeboolean required

Whether this object exists in live mode (true) or test mode (false).

namestring required

Legal or display name of the vehicle.

object'vehicle' required

Object type identifier.

slugstring

URL-friendly identifier.

status'draft' | 'active' | 'shut_down' required

Lifecycle status of the vehicle. draft -- being set up or in compliance review, not yet launched. active -- launched and operating: raising commitments, finalizing a close, or holding deployed capital. shut_down -- cancelled or wound down, no longer operating.

type'spv' | 'ruv' | 'venture_fund' | 'rolling_fund_quarter' | 'institutional_fund' required

Vehicle type. rolling_fund_quarter is a single quarter of a rolling fund -- its own legal vehicle that deploys capital. Its rolling-fund-specific detail (calendar period, sequence, and current/raising flags) is returned inline on the parent rolling fund's rolling_fund_quarters array (GET /v1/rolling_funds), keyed by the same id as this vehicle.
