valuation_updates

Get a valuation update

Returns a single active valuation update by ID. The vehicle query parameter is required for authorization — the caller must have access to the vehicle, and the valuation must belong to an asset class on that vehicle's schedule of investments.

Supported vehicle types: spv, ruv, and venture_fund. Calls with a vehicle belonging to a rolling_fund_quarter or institutional_fund return 404.

Vehicle the valuation update belongs to. Required for authorization. Must be a vehicle of type spv, ruv, or venture_fund.

Optional asset-class scope. When set, the valuation must belong to this asset class on the vehicle or the call returns 404.

Response

The valuation update.

createdinteger required

Time at which the valuation update was created. Measured in seconds since the Unix epoch.

effective_dateinteger required

Date the valuation takes effect. Measured in seconds since the Unix epoch (UTC midnight of the effective calendar day).

idstring required

Unique identifier for this valuation update.

livemodeboolean required

Whether this object exists in live mode (true) or test mode (false).

multiplierstring nullable

Cost-basis multiplier when the valuation is expressed as a fraction of original cost (e.g. 0.85 for 85%). Used for convertibles where unit count is unknown ahead of conversion. Omitted when the mark uses a fixed valuation instead.
