Unique identifier for the rolling fund.

Query parameters

expandstring

Expand a referenced resource inline, replacing its { id } reference with the full object it points to. A comma-separated list; one level deep; available only on this single-resource read (a list returns summaries). The only expandable path is rolling_fund_quarters.vehicle, which replaces each quarter's collapsed vehicle reference with the full Vehicle object. Any other value returns a validation error.

Unique identifier for the rolling fund.

livemodeboolean required

Whether this object exists in live mode (true) or test mode (false).

namestring required

Display name of the rolling fund.

object'rolling_fund' required

Object type identifier.

slugstring

URL-friendly identifier.

status'draft' | 'active' | 'shut_down' required

Lifecycle status. active -- raising and/or deploying. shut_down -- cancelled (only surfaced when the fund made at least one investment). draft -- not yet launched; rolling funds in this state are not currently returned.

subscriber_countinteger required

Number of active LP subscriptions across the rolling fund.
