Download a document's file

Stream the raw file bytes of a document. The response Content-Type is the document's own MIME type. The caller must be authorized for the vehicle the document is tagged to. Executed investment documents and financial-statement workbooks (via the document_id on listFinancialStatements rows) are downloadable; other documents return 404.
