closes

List closes for a vehicle

Returns the investment closings for a single vehicle. vehicle is required. Each close represents a date on which one or more partners formally committed capital. The response includes the aggregate commitment amount, contributed amount, and partner count per close.

Supported vehicle types: spv, ruv, and venture_fund. Calls with a vehicle belonging to a rolling_fund or institutional_fund return 404.

Use final to filter by whether the close is the final close. Use effective_after and effective_before to filter by the close's effective date (unix timestamps, inclusive bounds).

Vehicle to list closes for. Must be a vehicle of type spv, ruv, or venture_fund. Other vehicle types return 404.

finalboolean

Filter by whether the close is marked as final.

effective_afterinteger

Only return closes with an effective date on or after this unix timestamp (inclusive).

effective_beforeinteger

Only return closes with an effective date on or before this unix timestamp (inclusive).

limitinteger

Maximum number of results to return (1-100, default 25).

starting_afterstring

Cursor for forward pagination. Pass the id of the last item from the previous page to fetch the next page.

ending_beforestring

Cursor for backward pagination. Pass the id of the first item from the current page to fetch the previous page.

Response

A list of closes for the vehicle.

Whether there are more items available after this page.
